HIRING THE LAW OFFICE OF ELIZABETH GONSALVES
Our office can provide any one service above or a combination of services depending on your needs and priorities. Once you have determined you want to proceed in hiring the firm for representation we shall send you an Attorney-Client Retainer Fee Agreement identifying the terms of professional service, including the amount of the Retainer Fee to start the process of pursuing a resolution of your liability, and the type of tax resolution service you are hiring us to conduct. Once the office has received the signed Attorney-Client Retainer Fee Agreement with payment we shall begin a financial analysis and contact you to discuss case strategy. We begin negotiations as soon as strategy is clear and your financial package is complete.
The firm offers payment plans to pay for fees in periodic payments over a period of three months.
We do not offer free advice or consultation (unless found on this website). It is only once we have conducted a full review of your financial portfolio that we will be able to offer a complete and sound strategy for arriving at the best possible resolution for your specific situation.

EXPEDITED CASE RESOLUTIONS
We understand that some of our clients hire us while experiencing a very urgent need for services, such as releasing a garnishment or bank levy in addition to establishing a resolution. We are happy to help you with such needs for expedited services. As is true of most professional organizations, there is an extra fee for expedited services, as expediting a case involves putting your case before others on the calendar. The fee for expedited services is $500. This amount is charged against the Retainer Fee, and is earned as a part of the total fee.
All Retainer Fees are earned once work has been performed on a billable basis.
